We focus exclusively on property management—never sales—so your relationships stay protected. If a referred client ever chooses to sell, they go right back to their original agent. In the meantime, they’ll receive full-service care, including marketing, tenant placement, maintenance, inspections, and rent collection.

Referral Rewards

To thank you for your partnership, we offer a tiered referral bonus:

  • 1–3 closed referrals: $300 per client onboarded
  • 4–6 closed referrals: $400 per client onboarded
  • 7+ closed referrals: $500 per client onboarded plus a bonus (such as a free lunch or gift card)
