Zach Thomas
Zach Thomas was born and raised in Griffith, Indiana, and brings a deep-rooted passion for building to every project he takes on. With over 1.72 million square feet of managed construction experience—including healthcare facilities, high-rises, tenant interiors, government buildings, and university projects—Zach has a proven track record of excellence and leadership.
A devoted animal lover, tech enthusiast, and lifelong builder, he made the decision in 2024 to step away from corporate construction and pursue a more personal mission: honoring the legacy of his late brother by continuing the work of Woods Remodel-Construction, the family-owned general contracting business his brother founded. Today, Zach channels that legacy into every home, every client relationship, and every project he takes on.
